These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PropSDR (the "Service"), operated by EarlyNode Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

PropSDR provides an AI-powered sales development representative for commercial real estate professionals. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any outreach sent via the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

PropSDR is offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EarlyNode Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload or import into the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Results achieved using the Service will vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarlyNode Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
